At Kookie & Co., we believe the best things are made with love. We're a family-run shop, passionate about baking mouth-watering American cookies from scratch and serving our unique, custom-blended specialty coffee. Come and taste the difference!
It started with one recipe and a lot of stubbornness.
We tested the same chocolate chip cookie for months — different butters, different flours, longer rests — until it came out thick, soft in the middle and crisp at the edge. That recipe is still the one we bake every morning.
Everything else grew from there: brownies, blondies, gift boxes and seasonal drops, all made the same slow way.
Handmade means handmade.
Every dough is mixed, scooped, baked and boxed by hand. No production line, no shortcuts, no freezer holding trays of last month's bakes. When an order comes in, it gets baked.

Kookie & Co. is run by a family team who genuinely argue about chocolate percentages. We're in the kitchen before six most mornings, we bake every cookie from scratch, and we still taste every batch before it leaves.

Quality
Irish butter, Belgian chocolate, free-range eggs. If it isn't good enough to eat on its own, it doesn't go in.
Freshness
We bake to order in small batches and dispatch the same week. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

Every box is packed by hand with a gold ribbon and a note, because arriving well matters.
